Shopping for baby furniture can be an exciting experience for expecting or new parents, but it can also be frustrating when deciding what to buy, getting the furniture moved and setting it all up. Choosing a good mattress for your baby to sleep on is important for a good nights rest. While the cost of a baby mattress is not as expensive as an adult mattress, you will get what you pay for. Purchasing a decent mattress will pay off and can provide your little one with a comfortable sleep surface for several years if chosen wisely.

There are many cribs to choose from. Some cribs are limiting in that they can only be used until the baby is a toddler, however there are many convertible cribs these days. Some convertible cribs can be turned in to a toddler bed and others are even more advanced, with the ability to convert into a toddler bed, then in to a day bed and later in to a full size bed.
